Em Salvador, o Mondial de la Bière chega a sua 1ª edição, promovendo a difusão da cultura cervejeira para mais de 10 mil visitantes. São centenas de torneiras jorrando mais de diversos rótulos de cervejas artesanais para degustação. A gastronomia também está presente, com os melhores trucks e cardápios da cidade e muita música boa ao vivo no palco do evento. Over the years, and under the governance of Jeannine Marois, President and Co-Founder of the festival, and with the help of her team, theevent has become the largest festival of international beers in North America, with a reputation that has traveled to many countries. A highly successful version of the festival is the Mondial de La Bière Europe, born in 2009. It´s an unique festival of beer tasting. It represents the stepping-stone for various foreign breweries. In addition, the festival provides visitors with an extensive educational offer, with events such as The Public Beer Contest, The Cheese and Beer Workshop. For the first time in Salvador, the event is expected to become the most prominent international beer festival. With a successful track record in several foreign countries, the Mondial de la Bière aims to restore the noble status of beer, providing local and foreign visitors with an opportunity to taste a wide variety of quality beers, while emphasizing the importance of responsible consumption. Además más de 1000 etiquetas de cervezas especiales para la degustación , el evento ofrece a los visitantes un amplio segmento de la educación con talleres y programas de entrevistas. Con una trayectoria de éxito en varios países extranjeros, tiene como objetivo restaurar la condición de noble de cerveza, ofreciendo a los visitantes locales y extranjeros la oportunidad de degustar una amplia variedad de cervezas de calidad, siempre con un énfasis en la conciencia de consumo responsable.
